Regenerative Medical Procedures used for Non-Surgical Treatment Interventions in the spectrum of orthopedic medicine commonly include Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), Stem Cells and Fat Grafting. Prior to the procedure, blood will be drawn and spun down in a centrifuge until PRP is produced.   In our practice we focus on using stem cells harvested from the patients’ bone marrow which can be utilized  in combination with PRP and fat grafting depending on the condition being treated.  At the time of your initial consult,  a physical exam will be done and if indicated an ultrasound exam will be done as well.  It will then be determined if you will need even further testing such as a X-Ray or an MRI.  Depending on this thorough evaluation in addition to pre- procedure blood work, we will determine the most effective regenerative medicine treatment plan to relieve your pain and promote healing.
